Amanda found me on my Google+ page back in March, and contacted me to schedule an engagement session. Easy enough right? Wrong... We had to reschedule three times because of all the rain Colorado has been getting. Lucky for us we had a perfect day in mid June just waiting for us. We met at Chataqua Park, surrounded by a lush green landscape, in Boulder, Colorado.
I brought Amanda a bouquet of flowers (peonies) from the garden, for being so easy going after our last meeting in the Chataqua Parking lot during a downpour. That's were I met Lucy, the Puggle. Amanda and Will wanted to include their furry baby into their photographs. So we gave it a "shot" ;)
The 3 Flatirons were a perfect backdrop for the 3 of them.
We headed up Flagstaff Road for a change of scenery, and views of Boulder. While Lucy was very well behaved and mellow, I asked that she take a break. I wanted to capture a few moments solely of Amanda and Will focused on each other.
As the sun started to fade we brought Lucy back for a requested photo, and some treats among the blooming wildflowers.
