Max & Hannah at The Pinery

This wedding... Where do I even begin? It was truly one of my favorites to photograph, and am greatful to have been a part of their momentous day. The amazing couple, their family, the location, all the intricate details, and THE dress! Max and Hannah had their Colorado wedding in Colorado Springs. The perfect location for a military wedding. The day could not have turned out more beautifully...

Our day started with everyone getting ready for the days events at the reception venue, The Pinery at the Hill.

The Pinery on the Hill, set beneath the Colorado Springs mountain range, it has some of the most beautiful views of the Colorado Springs skyline, and Pikes Peak. I would definitely recommend this venue for couples looking for a location with a classic aesthetic feel to it.

Hannah and her bridesmaids had plenty of room to get ready in their elegant bridal suite, the Evergreen Room, at The Pinery. The bridesmaids wore burgandy silk and gold sequin gowns.

I loved this bridal suite because it had a soft romantic atmosphere and such great natural lighting, from all the windows, and mirrors. Common through out the whole venue.

Max, a nuclear submarine officer in the Navy, was preparring in the Bowline Lounge (the grooms room), along with his groomsmen.

All the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were designed and delivered by Liese Butler, the Pinery's talented floral designer. Then we were all off to Peterson Airforce base for the wedding ceremony.

Hannah chose to put her dress on at the chapel, due to the unpredictable weather through out the day. Spring time in Colorado... ya know...

The dress was purchase at Something New Boutique, in Colorado Springs. Allure couture champagne ball gown with sheer intricately beaded bodice.

Hannah definitely added her personal style sense with her fun and sparkly wedding shoes. The traditional "something blue" a saphire pendant, from Max.

Max and Hannah shared a no peek, handheld moment before the ceremony.

The love they have for each other shines through in every image!

Upon exiting the chapel, Max and Hannah were saluted with the traditional military saber arch. As well as a spring rain shower.

Hannah was such a beautiful bride, such a gorgeous, natural smile that it is impossible to take a bad picture of her.

The Pinery executed all the little details of the soiree to perfection, with every table impeccably styled. The Pinery Gourmet Catering's, executive pastry chef, Sue Sanicky was fantastic. The cake was pretty and delish!

Max and Hannah's celebration was as jubilant as it was beautiful.
